During the process of evaluating culturally responsive instructional practices, I applied the SAM model to involve all stakeholders throughout every stage of module design, implementation, and every iteration of evaluation. Kirkpatrick's Model influenced long-term project goals and was used as a measure of evaluation for program effectiveness.
